OnePlus One.

Mine came from 1+ direct yes

I will try and apply some eq to the speakers. They are louder but not better imo
The Google maps navigation is where I hear most distortion

I find the camera for pictures doesn't handle poor light well mainly. I haven't used the camera much yet beyond this

Signal is the one thing that is definitely worse. No debate on that one for me

If you're not happy with phone I would sell it on whilst demand I'd high. Should get your money back at least.

Yeah I probably will. Plus I couldn't really get used to the ergonomics of the phone it's just that little too big.

LG got it right with the G3 as it's just the right size and fits in the hand nicely. Shame it's running LG UK though.

Yeah, well that's my main concern. The niggles I can deal with, especially at £270 but the size might prove the deciding factor for me.

How does it compare size wise to a note3?
I've seen one review that says its a bit smaller but easier to handle.

Still cannot find any info on the Bluetooth low energy support. :-(

When mine arrives I'll play with the stock cyanogen for a while, if it annoys me I'll revert to PA as the ROM.

Interesting to hear some contrasting opinions. Luckily I've not had any crashes of any kind yet, and I'm coming from an N4 so maybe my perspective on things like the camera is tainted by that, but I think its great.

How do you find it vs the N4 - battery, camera, display, overall size etc? That's what I'm coming from too. Mostly concerned that it will be massive and not very "pocketable".

The size of the phone really hit home when I switched back to my Nexus 5. I don't feel like I'm going to drop the phone anytime soon plus I can use it one handed. The OPI is a little too tall for my liking however compared to the M8 and Z2 roughly the same height which isn't too bad seeing as they had 5" and 5.2" screens respectively.

Not really mate, majority of invites are coming from a 64GB Sandstone purchase and I don't think you have the option of changing the model once you claim the invite.

Happy to purchase either 64 or 16, without a mobile currently

My old phone was a Motorola razr Maxx HD

The speaker was definitely better.
Louder and clearer even tho it was mono

Mine has signal issues full stop vs my Motorola

The camera wasn't great on my old phone but this is worse

I find the camera bit hard to believe, it's one of the main reasons why I decided to pass the fantastic deal ee currently have on the HTC one M8, surely it's better than that

Battery is excellent. I charged it Friday evening after I got it and it's still going strong now with nearly 6 hours screen time on it. I'll take a shot of the battery and screen time before I charge it later on.

The camera looks great so far, but I've not used it much. If I head out in a little bit I'll take some shots, first impressions are it's a joy compared to the N4. The display is great with the exception of the slight yellowing, though I can only really see it on a pure white screen when the ambient light around me is dark so it's not too bad. I'll keep an eye on it and see if it goes away completely.

Yes it's big, and it's taken me a couple of days to get used to the size. I'll only really know if it feels too big though after a few commutes when the week starts.

Thanks for the summary - I've struggled to find much vs the N4 - most comparisons are vs the N5.

Battery sounds good - my N4 currently struggles to get through a day and that's with less than 2hrs screen on time. Keep us posted re. size on day to say use - that's probably my biggest concern.

I've been using mine two days now and the bugs and crashes I had on day one has stopped and the speed of this thing is much better. Battery life is much better than my S4 and the fast charging speeds are nice, speakers are better, wifi connection is actually as good now I've compared. The only thing the S4 was better at for me was the camera which is ever so slightly worse than my S4 but not by much and the front camera is certainly better and the screen because of yellow band and call volume. You guys know the good stuff and bad. The yellow bit at the bottom still hurts me inside as mine appears to be obvious, CyanogenMod seems really really smooth and good minus the torch turning on occasionally but that can be turned off in the settings.

I did some tests against my S4 but don't really understand the dbm results I'm guessing lower the better.
When I was out
On my S4 on o2 I got 89 and on my OPO I got 109
On my S4 on Three when I was out I got 101 and the same on my OPO on Three

When I got home
On my S4 on o2 I got 71 and on my OPO 73
On my S4 on Three I got 99 and the same on my OPO which I found quiet interesting. Yet in terms of bars on the status bar the S4 appears to have more signal sometimes.

Overall Three is what's slightly dissapointed me especially indoors in my area it's pretty poor in comparison to o2 and was thinking the antenna in my OPO may have been the problem but it's looking like the network.

The phone minus the yellow band and slightly quieter call speaker which apparantly can be patched is the only let down I'm having, the size is a little more difficult to my S4 but I enjoy the change and slowly getting used to it.

I also got three invites but gave them away to family and friends, would have liked to have been able to share some here.

I have had a oneplus one for about two weeks now and I love it.

I honestly think it is the best all round phone I have ever owned (I also have a LG G3, iPhone 5S and a Nexus 5 and have had a M8, Z2 and S5 in the last few months).

I think it's combination of features, build quality and performance is amazing.

I am happy to answer any questions about it in relation to other phones I have or have had.

Here's my battery after using it from first charge on Friday. Got nearly 48 hours out of it before it hit 10% and 6.5 screen time. Most of that was browsing, installing apps, taking some pictures etc, and nearly all of that time was on wifi.

Interestingly I decided to compare a few random shots around the house with my OPO and S4, low light is certainly a OPO victory. The image stabilisation is poor though. OK light is close the HDR on the OPO looks abit exererated though like it has an effect in it.
