Got an invite and bought one today! Sounds like I shall be waiting a while for it to be delivered though :(. A lot of delays apparently because of a shortage of EU to UK plug adapters.

Install: To install the update, flash a custom recovery (TWRP recommended), boot into it, then sideload using adb sideload - if you've ever updated a Nexus device before, then you'll feel right at home, as the steps are exactly the same. TWRP will ask if you want to re-root at the end.

To be fair when I was trying to think of reasons to get the phone I seemed to subconsciously trying to break/lose my phone:p

I can be taken off the list (ordered Friday), hopefully it will arrive by the end of the week!
 
Manually flashed as I couldn't be bothered waiting.
"Heads up" is nice, if not as nice as the PA version.
Typing is much improved....

I cant figure out how to sideload it lol, never done it before, and im rooted with TWRP. I read this and it sort of put me of:

!!! Warning !!!

In the NEW OTA CM11S XNPH30O, the bootloader (aboot) img size changed....

We request all not to apply the unlocker scripts on the new bootloader , until we confirm/find the new bit position.

It might brick your phone and corrupt bootloader...

Sorry If I wasn't clear, I meant we would ship inventory to Amazon UK today. They still need to receive it before they can start sending it to customers. I would hope they would start shipping them to UK customers by the end of this week.

edit: just manually flashed, will report back on what i think :)

Edit changing the tiles, the white screen is nicer yellow band is still there as you would expect. Typing is slightly better but im still getting Ghost swipes.

OK google now works, offscreen gestures dont work when the sensor is covered. I like how the camera gesture boots up even when you have a pattern lock now.

Having a issue where the lockscreen wallpaper wont change to anything other than the homescreen wallpaper though...

Has anyone here come across this store that appears to be selling this phone... I am aware that oneplus are an offshoot of Oppo but this seems a bit odd. A quick Google suggests it is legit but they have a few bad reviews.
 
Oppo basically own OnePlus so it doesn't really surprise me.

The CEO, Lau Pete, added me on Facebook and keeps adding me to groups (I've blocked him from doing that now). He recently added me to Xiaomi Fans, so that looks to be another company that he's in bed with.
 
Why I just found weird is that I flashed the OTA manually last night, and I just got a new OTA notification to install that took less than 2-3 seconds to install and appeared to just be a radio update...second OTA that's 9Mb in size apparently. No idea what it does though, can't find a change log for it.

Same here. Can't find a thing about it. I will hold off until we get a log.
 
Same for me. Just ran it now didn't do much just re rooted again an am back to normal :)

All it says is something about the radio so can only be good thing I guess.
