Think I'm about to arrange a return

Since today (and make this started in the last few days) 3 times I have had to hard reset the phone as the touch screen has just stopped responding or responded erratically.

I had to quickly do this today as it was rapidly selecting points on my unlock screen (thus would have ended up breaching the attempts)

I've had that once, but iirc that's slated for being resolved in the next OTA.

Just to let you chaps know, you will need to stay active within the thread. as you can see from the list if you are not active and we cant get hold of you when the time comes you get moved to the bottom of the list.
 
Have you any idea on when we would be likely to get one? I am needing a phone ASAP you see as my current one is ok it's way out.

Yes, so I have read.

It better be. Everything else I can live with. But a unresponsive or worse, phantom typing.. Is a full on warranty breach.

Only when it comes off sleep (ie screen off to screen on) is it a problem. Never just happens
 
a lot riding on the next OTA (or two) for OP.
If it doesn't fix the ghosting they are going to get a lot of RMAs/PayPal Disputes in one hit...
 
Me too.. I have an rma accepted is a case of waiting. Today I've had a battery problem my Android os drained 33% in 18hrs which is obsurd . I've disabled a lot of Google plays services stuff and downloaded Android tuner following some instructions seems it's a wake lock problem. Hope I've sorted it.
 
Yep it literally just did it again. This time not from sleep

This will very quickly try my patience

That is 4 times today and none ever prior to this
 
Can't believe these problems now I have eventually ordered one.

I just hope mine is ok.

At least I have paypal dispute to fall back on I suppose....

How did you get an RMA accepted?
My open case is currently at the "wait for an OTA" stage.
