OnePlus One.

That's good then, I'm holding off playing with xposed till the next OTA.

Am I correct in thinking that doing a "cleanup" of closed before a OTA will allow the OTA to run? Then reinstalling closed will then keep the settings I input as long as I don't remove the modules?

By closed I'll presume that's auto correct for xposed? I'm rooted with xposed and Nova. I flashed the 30O update with xposed installed and all moduels and it ran smoothly and kept its settings previous. So I presume it would be the same directly from a OTA.

How long after ordering have people waited for invites?
I ordered 7th August. My bro wants one and I told him I should have invite soonish.

How many do I get and how long until it get them?

This is probably bad etiquette but I just lost my old SGS2 and would love one of these as a replacement - but with no phone currently not sure I can wait weeks. Does any kind soul feel like making my day?

You updated without removing xposed?
As there's a lot of threads that say that the OTA doesn't work correctly with xposed already there...?

I don't think anyone has invites and there's a que..

Thanks, but are you sure that's the right link?
Part 7 is about side loading the OTA, and the remainder of the guide is about rooting, twrp, etc;
Nout about xposed in that link...

Sorry what are you asking? You asked how I flashed the OTA with xposed installed and thats how by side loading it.. That's what you asked Right?

Not exactly no. :-p
I know how to sideload the OTA, that's what I've done to get to the current version.
I was asking about the guide that you mentioned for flashing OTAs whilst using xposed, as all reports show that an OTA flash with xposed in place fails due to a modified /system.
Flashing system manually after can fix it, but needs xposed and root to be resetup.
My question was whether a uninstall of xposed (but not removing modules), then OTA then reinstall works as a methodology.

I have been reading good things about the battery life on here but mine drained 20% overnight mainly on standby.

Do I need to let it drain completely and recharge?

My battery has been great so far, wanted to run it down so charged it up on friday eve before I went out, it finally died sunday night around 11. Forgot to take a screenshot of the batterystats before it died, bt this is as of 16:41 yesterday afternoon with 27% remaining.....

Good? :)

I wouldn't worry too much about the battery at the moment seeing as the current firmware has a battery drain bug in it...

Xposed was fine for me and didn't muck anything up. I know people with modified system files Ie the call volume tweak was stopping the update. When I sideloaded the OTA twrp just asked to re root and xposed and modules were left intact. I'll certainly be doing it again with xposed still installed worst comes to worse it says failed and you remove xposed and try again.

The 30O has a battery drain bug due to proximity sensor and will be fixed shortly via OTA.

Nothing from company so PayPal dispute is being started tonight

May well go for lg g3 or just keep my old phone until nexus 6

Terrible customer service

This Will be the last day I use this phone. Spent about 20 mins rebooting today over and over again as it repeatedly failed to accept touches

The phone I am happy with (if no issues) . But if at any point I have a problem in the future and PayPal time frame has passed I do not want to be at this companies customer service mercy
