Even the new Nexi when they are released will cost more than the OPO assuming the same cost as the N5, and screen res rumors and 805 aside, for the price increase it wouldnt be worth it considering the advantages that the OP would have over it. As much as ive always had nexi devices, theyve always lacked in some area, camera, battery, ect; - i see no reason why the N6 would be different in this regards. However i'd like to be proven wrong. :p

...And i now have ANOTHER invite. That makes 4 i have, even though i gave one to a friend yesterday! :p

Well I just got my second one plus one (after selling 1st and regretting), I have no issues with grounding and I get 10 touches (not that will be used in the real world) on a pillow with no problem and no yellow tint either.

Loving the phone, great value.
 
Am i right in thinking this phone costs $350 so about £220?

Anyone got a spare invite?

Whats the battery life like?

Had my mind set on either Z3/Z3 Compact/Note 4 but just remembered about this phone...only thing is from reviews it looks like battery life is poor compared to those other 3...

I have found battery life to be consistently great on my OPO. Easily lasts a full day of pretty heavy usage (6:30am till 11pm). Jury is still out on the 38R build however, although they have supposedly improved it further still. A 64gb version in Sandstone is £279 from OnePlus.

Before I go giving out some of these spare invites, what happened to the invite list? May as well be fair about it.

Only just heard about this phone. Some questions:
  1. How quickly would it recieve OS updates such as Android L?
  2. How new is this phone?
  3. Who's the competition; Nexus 5/6, Moto X, Z3?
  4. How big is the phone? Any pics next to a Nexus 5

I'm sure OnePlus said Android L would be released within 3 months of it being launched.

About 6 months old I think, same generation hardware as Galaxy S5. HTC One M8 and Xperia Z2/3.

Competition would be everyone, at the price they charge they are undercuting every flagship device including Nexus devices.

It's big, as tall as a Note 3 but it's not as wide so a little easier to use with one hand.
 
I tried to flash the zip 38r to my phone using recovery but always get an error, can you flash using a stock recovery, adb seems to be running correctly?
