What case is everyone using?
Thinking of getting the red diztronic as the black one seems to always be out of stock.

The former yes, there's been no reports of the issue in the last few batches.
Grounding, no - however depending on your opinion on real world usage its either fixed with the latest OTA/Franco Kernel (software workaround), or is still broken (hardware fault).

How do you mean depending on opinion? Is the issue still there, has the software fix removed the issue completely without adding another?

It would appear in general use it's been masked with software trickery but if you go specifically looking for it then you will find it's still there.

Hmm, really considering getting a 2nd phone directly from OnePlus and selling my current chinese one, if the yellow banding really has been fixed...

Bingo.
For all intents and purposes in real world usage (typing, ect; ) the issue doesn't exist anymore. But if you run test programs or use specific (and arguably unlikely) usage scenarios, then you'll see it.

What scenarios? Is it better than a HTC One M8 or at least on par?

Can someone explain what exactly the grounding issue is please? And how does it link to the multi-touch issues?

If you connect a USB cable to the phone then multi touch works and the signal is better.
Take the usb cable out and place the phone on a say a pillow then try the multi touch it will crap up.

If you hold the 1+ in one hand then multi touch works. This problem has got worse over time for some people.

Do a google about "Oneplus one multi touch. Oh and don't forget this is not the same problem as fast touch lmfao.
