More likely CPU,
RAM is PC6400 C4 meaning its stockspeed is 400mhz with 4-4-4-12, mine does 440mhz with 4-4-4-12 and your is just running at 379.
However, I would run a memtest for like 400% coverage just to make sure it's fine.
Leave the CPU clock as it is and run 2 memtests, you can keep doing ** work while that one is working, leave it unless you get about 300-400% coverage on both just to be 100% sure
.
If that will be fine then just add another 2 notches on CPU volts and check again, your temp is still ok 53-59.
