Online banking

I use the Co-Operative Bank and Commonwealth Bank. Both have excellent online banking systems with a clear, user friendly interface.

If I had to choose between them, I'd say Commonwealth sneaks ahead by a whisker because it offers more functions and provides more information about transactions.
 
I use First Direct which is excellent, it has everything you need and is quick, lightweight and simple. I was previously with Natwest and their online banking is pretty shoddy. I also hate that dumb card reader and ended up having to get a few so I had one at home, one at work and one in my laptop bag.
