my Newcastle 3500+ on air cooling

Here's my effort:

Air cooled, 45deg under load.

Any higher than that and it freezes loading windows. Also super pi reports errors at that speed but its fine pottering around windows.

A64 3500 Newcastle
Asus A8V Deluxe rev.2
1GB (2x512) Geil Golden Value
Tagen 480W

So my 3400+ (754) @3ghz is no good? lol, also if u look in 1mb super pi table you will see my 32sec

@2.8, although i can get 32 sec @ 2680mhz

annoying though i cant use multi between 12.5-13.5 for some reason when im between 190-240 fsb

think more possible if i get a dfi lanparty?

weird though, i can get 240fsb with multi of 11 grr

still got more volts to play with when i pluck up enough courage coz prime temp is only around 49c with that above clock

edit: jus checked stats im using 0.08v less than you so noona noona noona

240 fsb eh. I only got up to 235fsb, but that was with tight timings. Have you done the volt mod?

I wouldn't bother with the DFI as you will need volt mods to go above 2v. The only advantage of the DFI is 10fsb.

no mods to mobo at all apart from bios flash, 240 fsb was with air cooled northy too

I have got my FX-55 running 240 x 13 = 3120Mhz on WATER!!

Memory at 240 1T 2,2,2,10

This is a week 45 and it's Pi Stable!....

Could someone please host a pic for me so I can prove this?...

athlon xp [email protected] stable. I'll post screenies when i get home, my HD blew the other day so i'll post it when i get a new one.
Also, i'll be getting a new PSU so hopefully i can get more voltage alround, since my 12v is currently going at 11.31, which is ridiculously low.
