Openreach engineer visit oddity

We’ve been upgrading our FTTC connections at work to FTTP and it’s very hit and miss if you get a good engineer. Some of the Openreach guys are useless but we’ve had some Quinn’s engineers that have been decent.

Yeah our pole is at the rear of the property, with the old copper line coming into a rear bedroom.

Talktalk sent me 2 eero 6 router's, so using one as an extender as the range does not seem to be as good as the old router. But getting a full 150mbs on a speedtest

With my FTTC line which had to be setup the installer was a sub contractor of Openreach who was on commission. Nice enough guy, but he contacted the wrong cables at the exchange and Openreach had to come fix it, came in 2 days tbf to them. But good it's now sorted at least OP
