I wanted to reinstall Mavericks anyway so put Yosemite on first. I really like it but unsurprisingly the DP1 isn't ready for a production environment. i'll probably reinstall as a VM so I can have a play with Swift and Xcode 6 :)

Has anyone managed to get handoff to work nicely. I can't get mine to work at all. Seems like it is completely hit or miss with everyone. I know that you must have a relatively recent iPhone / mac but I have a 5s and a 2013 rMBP.

I have just bitten the bullet and upgraded my main machine to Yosemite DP3 from Mavericks. I backed up first with Time Machine of course.

So far I am loving it and no bugs noticed over the last 2 hours. Feels snappier than Mavericks and much much cleaner looking. I have tested the following programs so far which are working:

Parallels 9 with Windows 8.1
Office 2011
iWorks
Lightroom 2014
Photoshop 2014
Spotify
Coda 2
Quip
Tweetdeck
Clear
Caffeinated
Evernote
CleanMyMac 2 Beta
SofaPlay
VLC

For those who have the latest Yosemite beta, can you access iCloud drive offline, like with google drive and dropbox?

At the moment I checkout svn repositories to my google drive. That way my projects are backed up three times (svn repo, google drive, Time Machine). I wanted to do the same thing with iCloud drive.

Seems to work fine on DP4.

DP4 is fantastic, very smooth now and not had any crashes.
