** OUR SECOND 8 PACK APPROVED OC BUNDLE: OVERCLOCKED, DISCOUNTED, ELITE TIER VERY FAST!! **

Can I just say that reading this thread has been the most amazing experience.

World class customer experience and performance.

When I'm ready to upgrade from my Z97 setup I'm going 8 pack bundle all the way

Need a new video card for VR first though :) Oculus on pre-order and waiting for Pascal...

I would like the computer to run on stock settings incase I ever go to sell it so that the person doesn't have the headache that I had. I was able to get the pc booted myself at 4.1 the reason I sent it back was to fix it so that it would boot at stock settings.

Don't mean to sound ungrateful for your help but surly the pc should boot at stock settings? Is it a problem with the ram or is the motherboard not supplying enough voltage to the ram?

I am so impressed by this personalised customer service in this thread. If I have any issues with my build, reading through these posts will by my first point of call.

I never tried stock. That was not my goal. To get it stable for you at the correct OC etc was. I mean come on man!!

I tried XMP first that was fine no CB.

I applied OC, Fixed cold boot, stress tested with very little cooling to make sure even at high temp its stable. Tested 20 reboots.

I think there has been a breakdown in communication. I'm sorry to be a pain in the a** but that's not why I sent it back, I appreciate everything you have done but by the sound of things my problem isn't fixed. I told the customer service team that my problem was with stock settings and that I could get the pc to boot at 4.1 but not at stock.

Surly it is because of a faulty part?

I have set your bundle up as advertised and your worried about stock. What concern is anything so long as its working as advertised.

Nothing would worry me about stock if XMP and all other stock settings are stable. This is the only setting I changed when I began testing and this was fine.

Maybe the mem needs 1.22 or 1.24 to work at 2133 because Vdroop exists on the mem vrm I did not use a multi meter to test. I know 1.45v 24/7 is 100% safe on Hynix IC so I just set it up to work perfectly well with the full performance of the OC.

I understand that you have set it up to work fine at the overclock but that isn't my problem I was able to do that myself following your overclock guide. I want the pc to also work at stock which is also advertised.

So should I ask the customer services guys for replacement ram, motherboard or cpu?

If you want to check it at stock settings when you receive the bundle back just reset the default settings and actually try it.

8 Pack's profile will still be saved in the mobo BIOS so you can re apply it when needs be.

Ok I will try it when it comes back but what's next if it doesn't work at stock? Sorry for being a pain in the ass but it is important to me that it also works on stock setting

Why wouldn't it work @ stock, it may need you to adjust voltages/settings in the bios to do so, but its a Guaranteed 4.1 overclock bundle, matched components specifically for the task, if you don't want to run the memory @ its XMP settings then you'll need to tweak yourself, as would anyone wanting to overclock higher or in your case lower.

P.S.. Yes the PC should boot at stock settings, but that really is down to you to tweak and adjust to get that working as you like, seems a shame for overclockers to foot postage costs and labour time on what appears on the surface to not be a problem at all ?

I tested all stock plus XMP and its fine. I tried this to make sure the memory is fine.

I don't see any issue here. The only problem I found was cold boot at OC settings and this was fixed with VL4 1.5v. 20 Reboots fine.

I no there should not be a reason to boot at stock but for some reason that is what's happening. It's strange I know that's why I sent it back to yous as I didn't want to keep sending it back in bit and pieces

If it's working at stock that's great thank you 8pack I thought you said you didn't try it at stock my bad.

I'll be on to your sales team later on to order the new rog swift ;)

Why would anyone Mess about with something that is working

Because I paid a lot of money for something that should work at stock settings I should not Need to give It extra voltage I would like it to work on the motherboards and cpu normal clock speed this is the first thing that should be expected and any overclock after that is a bonus which I am very greatful for but I want the pc to also work at its "optimised settings" in the bios. There has to be something stopping it from working at stock clocks as it used to work at stock when I first got it so something has went wrong
