I recently emailed Logitech about my MX Laser mouse not charging after 2 years use and they kindly agreed to send me a replacement performance mouse MX.
The packages arrived today containing 11 new mice
According to OCUK they are worth £729.90.
Talk about customer serviceOn the delivery docket it does state 11 were ordered and dispatched so I will email them and ask for the remaining 10 to be picked up.
Might need to try them for myself pretty soon. My MX1000 is losing its charge far too quickly
ok im going to try my mouse again, what email adress do you guys use and what format does the begging take?![]()
Logitech have done it for me with replacments / Faluty products.
4 Years ago i bought the MX revolution off Dell for £45 or so.
The mouse has now got problems that it will studder or freeze ( less than a second) across the screen on both computers, the receiver is less than 3ft away aswell. This has been going on for a month now, but have stuck it some how.
Mouse is also worse for wear as the plastic coating has came off on the right hand side grip.
So when this happened, i contacted them either Monday or Tuesday, today i receive an email for me to confirm my home address, contact number etc.
They are sending me out a replacement, but as the mx revolution has been discontinued, they are sending me out a brand spanking new, Performance Mouse MX.
They have top quality mice, keyboards and speakers, But most of all for me top quality customers service and guarantee.![]()
if they had to replace a G25 Wheel, what would they offer? Surely not a G27?
How did people receiving discounts/replacements contact them?
The charging dock for my wireless mouse has stopped working, it was 2 years old so not unreasonable to ask![]()
