Not a lover of Germans i've met them, spent 4 weeks in germany when I was with my step dad on work holiday. Besides that's the point, it wouldn't matter if it was German, American, Chinese, Japanese, India.. English stays English and also thats my final say :(

Seriously, you are generalising a whole Nation based on a 4 week holiday?

Get a grip cupcake!

Imagine a German going and spending 2 weeks at Butlins and making an assumption of the Nation based on that experience.......LOL

Have you met the Germans in question? Does 4 weeks in Germany give you the right to judge all Germans?

Shame to see the company sold and especially a British brand yet again being sold overseas but that seems to be the way of things at the moment and in the grand scheme of things isn't that important.

Hope nothing much changes round here but I guess thats the risk you take when you join an online community hosted by someone else there is always the rsik they will move on or loose interest etc. Fingers crossed anyway!

Finally congrats to Spie and family I've always said if I started a business and was in a position to sell it for enough cash that I'd never need to work again then I would do and then kick back and enjoy the rest of my days. Enjoy the beaches, sportscars and fine wines you lucky so and so!

It's the way of the world unfortunately, small companies either get ate up or run out of business by the big ones until there are only a few big monopolising ones left.

I hope the forums stick around, been here more or less since 3dfx(gamers.com) went under. :eek:
