Overclockers UK - the past, present and future

Well I haven't been posting in hear too long, however I have been a customer of OCUK for some time.

Nice work Spie, sounds like this is the best move for yourself and the company too.

Nice to hear all the guys at OcUK HQ are all on board and excited about the future too. Not often you see that these days when a company make a change like this!

I use to buy all my hardware from OcUK, when back in the day I lived in the UK. The forums were a big part of that decision.

Hopefully things won't change too much. Needless to say, whenever an organization changes hands, things do change. Hopefully they're for the better. Probably will be.

So will the new owners be managing the company from Germany or the UK? Will they be leaving it to the existing management? Or taking a full on hands on approach, say the same as Spie did?

Interesting times ahead. I hope my old favorite UK website / forum stays the same interesting place it has remained for all these years.

Grats, Spie and wilkommen to the new blood.

I must admit I had a moment of panic this morning. The rumours of the ocuk takeover started and my first thought was "eek - I just ordered a 1600 quid laptop last night!"

Fears ungrounded, panic over...
 
GG Spie, all the best for the future and here's hoping OcUK continues to go from strength to strength with the new faces at the helm.

Glad to hear the forums are staying put, they must after all play a big part in the revenue generated for the business. As well as being a great community of course!. :)
