Congratulations on your well deserved success Spie. These forums are my most visited website and I look forward to what the new owners can bring :).
 
I have to ask: -

I bet you were shaking like a leaf at the thought of all this when you first caught wind of the prospect of selling and the figures involved.

In 6 months time Spie will buy back his Nuclear Plant and destroy Springfield by blocking out the Sun.
