Overkill's The Walking Dead

If its remotely close to the L4D series with a few updated visuals this could be an instant buy.
 
So who on here is going to buy this. As a huge huge fan of TWD I think it's a dead cert buy for me I'm a bit unsure on the pricing but think I'm gonna pre order today or tomorrow. Participate in the beta and if its garbage just refund.

Beta is in three phases over three different 2 day dates throughout October

I would pick it up if it were cheaper...
 
Enjoying it. It's like a modern day LFD.

Little bit over priced but to be expected I suppose with them using TWD license.

Graphics are decent and it features all your fav walkers from TWD so if you're a fan buy
 
Watched a few gameplay beta vids and not too impressed. Will wait and see how things change/progress and probably a price drop.
 
It certainly plays better than comes across in the videos.

Can only get better. The beta doesn't have a huge amount of content.
 
Waves of free content coming. Guys if you've not jumped on this because of the price tag jump in they've proved tonight this thing is worth the cash. I'm really liking the beta phases and seeing the dev streams and the game progress

Season 2 is free (releases end of November)
In the latest stream, they revealed more information and what content is included in the game.

Season 1:

-10 Episodes (main missions)
- 6 Expeditions
- 6 Defenses

Season 2 (which is free, will be released at the end of November) includes:

- 9 Episodes
- New characters
- More weapons
- New missions
- New expeditions, etc...

(And again, they promise NO microtransactions)
