Overnight Oatmeal

Anyone who likes Carrot cake:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup carrot, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons raisins
Wet

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 and 1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
Above is my all time fave so far.

is that for one portion. not sure i could handle 3 tbps of syrup

I made this as porridge this morning (no syrup) and it was immense, thanks. :)
