Dual carriage way I would pass politely but I wouldnt overtake on a single carriageway.
This.

I don't know the dead person and I'm not choosing to be in a procession. There's nothing disrespectful to me in driving according to the laws of the road and overtaking in a sensible fashion.
I don't care about the dead person if I don't know them and just don't see how it is possibly "disrespectful".
Atticusfinch clearly has no idea of the definition of "morals" and "decency".
Poor attitude.
Thats a bit silly to say such that.

TBH, overtaking a funeral on a single carriageway is bad form.
I either wait or detour. I Will very quietly saunter past on a dual carriageway.
Wally trains (tractor in drag) on the other hand; I'll scream past those.
what if you do a wheelie in their honour?

Single carriageway, not a chance, people need to have some respect. Its going to add seconds to your journey, and after all, someone is DEAD, while you have your life to live.

Depends of the circumstances, but if they were going significantly below the speed limit and it was clearly safe to overtake all at once then I would. But if they were doing 25 in a 30 I'd just sit back until they were gone or I could take an alternate route.
