I'm off today, so probably hopping on and off through the day. There was a list of everyone, maybe on page 50? But it's kinda old now I guess. **EDIT** Nope, not sure where it is!
 
NA servers are good, but some days I find it just isn't working for me... ping looks good, but I think my low upload speed hurts. However, team comp is clearly the most important... I've been regularly teaming with 2 players on the Continent that speak perfect English and are a similar level to me - having three on the team working together makes a huge difference.

We really should make more effort to group up OcUK players.

I’m 9 solo placement games down.

3 has leavers, 3 had zero comms and no teamwork and 3 I won due to having comma and teamwork.

I'm on US server all the time now - ping is around 120ms.

Better by far on there.

Only issue is you need to add people twice as the friends on EU don't carry over the NA servers.

booyaka76#1385 is mine. I've added most of the people above me.

10 placements done and 2150 for me.

As suspected, lost the last 4 and finished 5-5. Even in the losing streak, had some great games, great comms, nice people. Only had to mute one pair of idiots, but the other three were very good in comms. So much better in NA games. I think I finished 2270, which is about where I was at the end of last season, so fine with that.

So it looks like win-lose ration doesn't matter only your performance during the game.

What makes you say that? I didn't even mention how well I played in any of my games?

Personally I think it's just like during the season, the win/loss is the most important thing, but even then, the result only moves your SR maybe 10-20 points.

I have found this:
"You are matched based on your MMR or match making rankings not your SR.

MMR is a combination of personal skill + win/loss + win loss streaks"

I have seen few pages back that you were high gold so I assumed that you you know what you are doing and your skill increased since then.
i could not be bother yesterday to play anything more than arcade, placement matches take so much time and after work I am knackered.
 
So you quoted me, then based a statement off something else you read somewhere. Why would my skill increase since a few pages back? Sorry, I find your posts a little confusing is all :)
 
Did my placement games last night. The second game I was with all individuals apart from two people who were grouped, it was a really friendly bunch and we won the game, we all decided to stay as a group. We won the next couple but it went downhill from there, I think we won a few more but can't remember overall. So I've finished my placement games and I honestly don't know how many I won or lost, or really care. I had a great night playing with some fun and friendly people, everyone trying as best they could but nobody stressing, I enjoyed every game even when we lost. I think that's the first time I've enjoyed this game so much, I wish it could always be like that.
 
Placement matches are so pointless, you just get placed where u ended up last season.
Proven by videos where u lose 10 games and get grandmaster.
