28, just a bit of fun :D this was my first draft.

the idea was for feedback like you did so things can be ironed out into a better hero, every feedback counts. eventually when im happy with them i may submit them to Blizzard doubt they will take notice, but if you dont try you dont get :p

the reason for the mommies boy was to show he loved his parents & this was reason for him to fight crimnals but, i agree its cliched, but thats pretty much blizzard standard redemption's & cliched ;)

You wouldn't get banned for it at all, it will just get a patch. Since there isn't any 3rd party software and it's an error on their behalf they couldn't start banning people :D - you can still blow the turrets up

agreed & theirs a easy way around that go over the bridge by looks of it or push the payload from the left side so truck blocks the turrets vision :)
 
It would take a while for the opposing team to get that far anyway, so Symettra would be better off putting turrets elsewhere for the first part of the game.

Wouldnt Winston's electric gun deal with that placement? Protective barrier and then fire.
 
I really wouldn't advise doing it, it's a clear exploit. I don't expect they'd ban anyone for it, but jeez you get penalised hard enough for quitting a match, wouldn't be surprised if they dished out some kind of slap.

Somewhat related and you might have seen this already but a guy posted on Twitter the character his 6 year old daughter created, Blizzard turned it into a proper piece of concept art.

A minor point, but why shouldn't they penalise you for quitting a match? In my opinion quitting should be even more strongly penalised than it is now, as the amount of people who jump ship in the last 30 - 60 seconds of the match to preserve their precious stats above all else end up making an already tough matchup totally doomed; the people connecting in their place have no clue what's going on as well...

Quitting the match after it has started should count as a loss, everytime... and quitting the match in the last minute should do the same plus a 5 minute ban or something like that...

The only silver-lining is that the people doing this are likely not helping themselves because (at least for solo or small-party queuing) it seems like the game tries quite hard to stick you to 50% W/L ratio... so leaving a game not counting as a loss just increases the chances you get put in another very tough (sometimes un-winnable) game :p
 
Picked this up over the weekend, having not played beta, and I'm absolutely loving it!

Been flitting around with characters, but not played them all yet. Spent most time on Soldier 76 (to start with), then Lucio and Reaper. Felt like I made the biggest difference to the team as Lucio, maybe because in low-level random player games no one really seems to play support (or even play the objective >_<). Reaper was fun, but found myself getting very focussed on KDR...

Going to try a load more heroes out tonight. Who do you recommend? I'm mainly into fairly casual play, so just looking for really fun heroes that can make a big difference to the team.

anyone else getting random crashes - its getting to the point; no point on playing; checked their forums; even running your ram at xml rating is causing crashes in this game....is so needs patching; specially in their utterly craptastic net coding.

Another crash at the weekend. Completely restarted my PC with an error. Pretty sure there is nothing wrong with my PC, been running Witcher 3 most of Sunday on max settings without a single hiccup.
 
I've never had a crash on Overwatch either.

I rarely have crashes on anything to be honest. Some people were complaining about DOOM as well but I never had a crash on that....Most games people complain are crashing have run rock-solid for me!
 
Mine crashed loads and turned out to be the ram being overclocked. Blizzard know about this so hopefully that will be patched so i can change my RAM from stock again.
