Overwatch

Got this when I got home from America and I've got to say, I'm pretty underwhelmed by it to be honest. Maybe because I just play with randoms but I expected a lot more.

maybe a stupid question whats the difference between the origin version and buying the £30 battle net one ???

edit: just done a quick google search and found the answer, off to buy it now

Actually unable to play this now unless I am in a group of at least 4 with mates. Tried solo earlier and it just doesn't do it for me.

I'm in a different camp - whilst the team tactics have been varied to say the least I've found it fun. I've found that I can play some heroes better than others and some I just cannot play well. I've yet to properly get some hours in though so my opinion might change soon.
 
Not sure if if already spoken of here, though played that ranked play a fair bit over the weekend. Full of me dieing very quick moments, whilst on the killcams I am getting shot for a second or two, oblivious to receiving any fire.
No Euro servers for ranked yet, is this true? Ridiculous.
 
I have started noticing (on Quick Play, EU and I generally have a good connection) that Kill Cam often shows quite different to how I saw things.

One, I came out of a doorway, turned left and was shooting running backwards. I died. On Kill Cam I did this, but who I was shooting at was behind me, shooting me in the back...

Had one yesterday where Roadhog chained my Tracer even though I blinked left, twice, before hand, which put me down a corridor behind a wall.

Killcam even confirmed this, and it still chained me in. Slight bug there methinks.

I'm on most nights ~2030 after kids gone to bed etc. Play with a couple of friends usually but could use more people to play with who understand switching heroes is part of the game :E
 
Wow, this list is getting pretty big.... Should there be any indication of level? I know me and Raiken felt bad yesterday joining with Scotteh (lvl 90+) and some mates and got battered immediately and the group disbanded! :(

Funily enough, we teamed up ourselves and went on a winning streak! :)

Rank isn't really skill based as such though it's just an indication of play time more than anything. Whenever I go solo I tend to be the lowest ranked player. Was put into a game last night where the next lowest player to me was 45. I'm 17
 
been playing for a hour or so quite a frustrating game lol seems like everyone I team up with leave the game if your losing which is quite often

I was team leader, so pretty low level games... 15/1 K/D was pretty fun though :p

That's because b.net died actually. We didn't ditch you, the group got disbanded because b.net lost connection.

Although me and my friend Mug do have a pretty high MMR. When we play we tend to win around 55-60% so we're pretty high level, as far as quick play goes.
 
My take is that sometimes you are going to have a bad game and sometimes you are put up against a team of experts because their MMR, we'll all get better by playing with each other regularly.

I was trying to show somebody that Tracer can blink across the water on Volkskaya industries when attacking. They failed but with a bit of practice they will get it.
