Overwatch

Thanks! And just practice - get a good team, and try some strategies.

Got a group I play with and we tend to have a group of 4-6 running, if only 4 though the 2 randoms just cause a little bit of trouble as we find ourselves moving to balance up but then not always using our strongest characters as a result.

Shall be back tonight with them and see if we can't turn it around :D

In dropped down to 42, but managed to fight my way back up to 45, mainly playing Mercy or Lucio.

This morning I had a pretty epic match on Kings Row, which reminded me why I play online multiplayer games. The Adrenalin was really flowing!

We thought we'd blown it not even being able to take the first point to start the Payload moving, but then we played some great defence and forced overtime.

Them having 5 on the point with 35 seconds left and us all running back from spawn, I felt sure the game was lost...

If you have any interest in watching, you might want to skip to 13:30 to see just the 1 minute 44 of overtime :)

I must admit I am shocking it has took me ages level up to 10, every match today has been a defeat oh well more practice

I really didn't do well with the 10 ranking matches, lost 7 of them and those were heavy defeats. But now that's done its a lot better as each game seems much more balanced, as it should be I guess.

currently my favourite game, its addictive as hell!

Same here, playing every night I come home from work. Not done that with a game since launch of Diablo 3 several years ago. Done the 10 competitive matches last night and got completely destroyed 9/10 loses. I always try and play the team game with my hero picks but I swear competitive means nothing, as on several occasions we had 3 snipers or no support or no tanks etc etc. I can't heal and tank at the same time as taking out turrets.

My experience so far of competitive has been the same as quick play ... nobody cares about team play as far as I have seen. Just finished a game with 4 Junkrats, we won though :p :p :D

Pushing out supporting with Mercy, can be the only way to break through when you're pinned in like that at the start of Kings Row. Very frustrating when your healer refuses to push out with you.
Oh and does your Rhinehart know he can walk forward whilst his shield is deployed? :p

Kind of Justice that Pharah guy you lot were flaming in the chat, basically sealed you's the win at the end there. wp

I'm sure, but as Mercy you can't lead them out... Very annoying to be stuck behind them, not moving forwards.

Have you watched the same video? Justice for being a dick? How does that work?

We flamed him? How so? He called someone '******* retarded' a few times and we commented on muting him, I asked if we should report... that's us flaming him?

Also, everyone he killed got revived a few seconds later and we all killed them again. But yes, I thought it was wp, thanks.

He did at least stop being a dick later on.

It's £30 on Battle.net for the base version, the only difference between the base version and origins edition is skins.

I just pulled the trigger at cdkeys. Didn't see your message until now. I never bother with skins anyway so it would have been a good buy. Ah wel, thanks for the reply tho.

Overwatch Season 1 placement - How you doing?

I went and queued as a solo Pharah for the most part with a few Mercy stints where needed. Went 4 for 6 sadly and ended up at 44. Where did you guys place and how are you finding the season so far?

For me im running into a lot more nob ends now the season has started!!!!

I thought '£7 more for some skins?! No thanks!' when I bought it. Kinda whished I'd done it now tbh :(

I'm actually fighting temptation to buy some loot boxes. (Granted, it's not that hard a fight, but the thought is lingering) If they didn't give out rubbish 90% of the time, I probably would.
