Pain... I've learnt about pain

I really hope you feel better soon. I don’t think I’d bother getting dressed if I were you, just get yourself to A&E if that cream isn’t helping.

I bought some cream from amazon. They just delivered it.
It's pretty much a local anastetic.

It's... Made my bum hole numb, as long as I don't move or clench.

I just worry it will wear off in 5 mins.
It will last more than 5 minutes :)
Get something like germaloid cream
Or similar
The higher the % of lidocaine in it the better

Looks like Anusol is 0.25% and germloid is 0.7%.

I'll get my wife to pick some up tomorrow
Might be something even stronger not sure
But can vouch for germaloid giving almost instant relief for an hour or two
So hope it really helps you mate as it really is an excruciating pain
It rivals my prolapsed discs and sciatica
So definitely not fun at all

Ouch!! How does your butt hole fall out to the point it needs an operation??

Porn industry? Massive butt plugs?

Genuinely curious so I can avoid!!

Really hope you get better soon.

Well, as a younger man, I used to take far too long on the loo. Reading online comics and the like. After all Internet enabled phones were reaching the market.

Over time. This caused simple hemaroidal issues. Delt with with iceing.

Over time these episodes increased to several per year. Each time stretching the tissue around the rectum and inside too.

Ignoring medical advice on proper toilet etiquette continued.

Lead to total prolapse of hemmaroidal tissue each time I used the loo, I physically had to push it back in after each bowl movement.

Then it started to bleed. An estimated 100ml per bowl movement. Sometimes more. Leading to a low blood count and sometimes low blood pressure.

This is the second attempt at fixing the issue. Which included a few procedures at once.
Yea.. Bleeding has pretty much stopped.
The prolapse effect has stopped (they Stiched it all up). But this pain and burning At this moment I can say it wasn't worth it.

I'm sure in a week or two, it will have stopped, and my rectal tissues will have recovered. But for now. FML

I wish I hadn't asked!!!

Damn! I'm sure we have all spent too much time sat on the bog but at no point did I think my arse would fall out!!

Like I said before....get well soon bud xx

Jeez sitting on the thrown is sometimes the only peace I get... Are you saying my ring is about to drop out? :o
No, don't get too worried.

But, if you sit for too long, the blood ends up just sitting in the hemmaroidal tissues for too long. Too long = blood clots. Blood clots = hemmoroids.

If you still ignore the issue... It can become a full on total prolapse of hemmaroidal tissues.

I was an idiot. I'm sure you are all not.

One positive from all this.

I was weighed at the hospital prior to surgery. I was 15st 4lbs.

I weighed myself at home...
Less than a week later I'm. 14st 9lbs.

Im unsure of its fat I've lost or muscle mass as I haven't really moved much in days

Err, is there a way to take a crap standing up that is easy to learn or should I start my research?
