Pain - whats the worst?

I have been shot, stabbed, wiped out on a motorbike and caught the gas cap in the crotch, been knocked out cold more times than I care to think about in more ways than most people can imagine, wiped out on the velodrome and got wood splinter road rash (they stopped counting at 450 splinters bigger than a pin), fell into a 2 cubic meter hornet's nest (they stopped counting at 250 stingers in total amazement that I was still alive with all the poison in my system), been kicked in the nuts hard enough to lift me clear of the ground.

WOW! No wonder you hide out on here! :p

Holy hell on a pushbike is there ANY pain to rival tooth pain? I'd rather have another baby than do this for much longer. Shaking, hyperventilating and no more painkillers for at least two hours, I reckon if I was a fella I'd smile through a kick in the crown jewels right now.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Make me feel better, tell me what hurts more?

Stop quibbling - if you were a bloke it would be at least 4 times as painfull :p

I have a handy pair of pliers and a good right hand yank that'll do the job :)

Apparently and officially the two most painful areas of the body are your knees and stomach.

Hence the whole shooting someones knee caps off, also I can tell you there is not a lot that comes close to dislocating a knee for sheer pain.

Been suffering with toothache real bad for a few days.
I love it when i go out and walk my dog and take a breath.
At the weekend it felt like someone was drilling into my jaw with a blunt desert spoon.
Nothing comes close although i am waiting for liver poisoning to kick in at any mo due to the amount of painkillers i take. :(
Not being able to give medical advise here leaves me to only state that i use Ibuprofen and lots of it. ;)

The shooting someone in the knee caps isnt because of the pain, its because they will never walk again...Its permanant..

Ive dislocated my knee cap...I was in the south of france in a villa in the middle of nowhere...Took 4 hours before it got popped back round...It hurt like hell but it wasnt even close to gout :o

I had a kidney infection about 18 months ago. They diagnosed it as backache first, and made me rest with a hot water bottle against it... which made it 10x worse. By the time I went back to the doctors, I could barely walk and nearly passed out in the surgery. I've never known pain like that.

I used to get them too :( horrible pain. I had one during my A Levels after I fainted after my English exam. As a result I got mitigating circumstances mark for my French Oral Exam - which to be honest I would have failed if I had attempted it.

A kick in the family jewels is a doubled edged sword, not only do you feel really sick after but your also in deblitating pain, its not nice :/

Depression, most other pain can be controlled with pain killers.

Then again sciatica wasn't that fun either.
Out of interest, how did they help the sciatica?

I know somebody suffering from it right now, and she's in constant pain with it. :(

Ugh, up for the school run. Slightly concerned at the empty painkiller packets left in the kitchen but I did eventually get some sleep. Have that ominous feeling now where I'm just waiting for it to come back :(

My wisdom tooth started to rot on me a couple of years back, around about the time of my university finals, 2 nurofen never worked, I always ended up taking about 4 every few hours or so.

Never been so close to an addiction in my life!!!

Sorry but the most excruitiating pain I have ever experienced was an abcess the size of a tennis ball at the base of my spine caused by a pilonidal sinus.

I could not move and was stood in the hospital on my toes body spread flat against the wall trying to remove any pressure upon my spine. Unfortunately there are hundreds of nerves at the base of your spine and I had a massive amount of infection there - almost passed out with the pain.

Due to the intensity of the pain and the sensitivity of the area I ended up with all the usual knock out drugs and an epidural.

I will take the most intense migraines and tooth ache long before I would wish to go through that again.

A friend of mine got one of his testicles caught in the door frame as the door slammed shut (don't ask me how cause I don't know). It exploded (his testicle, not the door). I reckon that would be quite painful.
