"Pancake Tuesday" - How do you make yours?

Recipe you say ... um well err... ok

1) Large bowl for mixing
2) Mixing utensil (I prefer a fork)
3) Non stick pan
4) Some butter to wipe over surface of pan
5) 1/2 Pint of whole milk (can use water but come on!)
6) One sister in Canada to send you some of this ...

.... honestly this is the best mix ever

A very hot dry frying pan.
A small nut of butter, should melt in less than a second.
A ladle of batter mix and tilt the pan to spread evenly and thinly across the pan.
When the edges lift, flip it firmly to turn it over.
Wait a few further seconds and serve with lemon juice and sugar or to taste with anything.
