So better or worse than London?
I like the Eiffel Tower laser show but overall London was better.
The queen jumping out of a helicopter just about seals it for me.So better or worse than London?
Highlight for me was Serena Williams almost vomming on the Seine.

If you'd got tickets (and probably paid a fortune) for that opening ceremony you probably saw an endless stream of boats and got soaked or you were in the other bit and twiddled your thumbs for 3 hours getting soaked then still didn't see the Olympic torch lit cos they lit it somewhere where no one was!
