Paris Olympics 2024

What do the US girls put on their faces in the swimming? Most the US team look like they've been in the sun all week.

Hopefully Pidcock will get us off the mark on the Gold front tomorrow, he'll win the Mountain biking unless his wheel falls off (jinxed him now!).

The schedule on the main website is totally broken. Was trying to work through each sport and mark my favourite events but it keeps forgetting them as you add more rendering it useless.

Did Boris Johnson just win the 100m breaststroke?

Yep, he singlehandedly brought the breaststroke kicking and screaming into 21st century.

A GOAT of that discipline.

He is a favourite for the race which starts at 13:10 BST.
Oh he's a beast on a mountain bike (well on any bike really but especially a mountain one!) I know he had to drop out of the tour with covid but hopefully that was just a positive test rather than him being properly ill with it.

was the Marchand 400m medley victory margin that was phenomenal (had Peaty won by such a margin previously),
french lady margin on mountain biking too, puncture put paid to lady with margin on 2nd place though.

He's 29 so would be 33 in LA, it's doable but realistically he'd only want to do it to win a gold medal and I find it unlikely he's gonna be better at 33 than he was tonight.

I don't see him continuing to LA - His coach Mel Marshall is leaving UK to go and coach in Australia - She's been his coach for 15 years +

I just don't see him wanting to start over with new coaches etc - He's got nothing left to prove and like he said in his post race interview - the "young guys" are coming faster/harder than ever.
