Basically same as the ticket except they have your car to force you to pay
We have a clamper at my car park and I've had to remove them a couple of times from my gf car and as long as you don't damage them then it's fair game.
How do you manage to remove them out of interest?

if you don't intend to pay do NOT enter into any correspondence with them - unless your well versed in the legal side of it there are actually ways that you could end up handing them a viable case for court on a plate through inadvertent admission, etc.How do you manage to remove them out of interest?
No he wasn't - don't lie. If you're not lying, please provide the case reference number and the court it was heard at so we may read the case ourselves.
Unless of course you're talking about a council/police issued parking fine, which isn't the same scenario we're talking about.
24v portable angle grinder one of the most worthwhile pieces of no doubt stolen rubbish i ever bought from cashconverters. Boot wouldnt be complete without it
You can quite easily implicate yourself by accident and give them enough evidence for a small claims action against you. (although they will have a hard time justifying any significant amount you will quite likely end up having to pay costs as well and you never know whoever makes the judgement might not be very sympathetic and award them a higher amount).
I still wont believe it without a court ref number.
hmm i just got one from the government but i'll have to pay![]()
