I guess we know why 1080 is so expensive now, not enough performance left in pascal to justify making a 1080Ti

makes me feel a bit better about my 1070 purchase

Yeah, I went 1070 with a plan for 1080Ti but I'm not sure I'll bother looking at the gap between the 1080 and that Titan for price/performance. I might stick with 1070 for now, I have no current complaints.

Im looking at oc 1080s. After all we all know they run at 2 to 2.1ghz easy. Im not sure there is anything left in the 1800Mhz titan unless under water.
