Pascal Titan-X Launch

With it having a reference cooler, I will pass. The previous Titan X was like a space shuttle taking off in my living room. If there were hybrid versions or perhaps an MSI Twin Frozr/ EVGA ACX cooler version, then I might have been slightly tempted.
 
Price is lower than expected but that doesn't stop it from being poor value. Words like "cracking price" and "not bad" thrown around, people have been made to believe £1.1k+ for a GPU is perfectly acceptable lol.

People have just accepted the realities of it moaning about it isn't going to change anything, and also for those who have £1.1k to spend on a card good on them I say.

If you compare it to a Radeon Duo or the prices of workstation cards then its not too bad for the fastest card out and the reality is its always going to be pricey buying the newest/fastest just like it is in any other market.

Nope they are a rip off end of story. For those that have the money and want to get one then that's good for them and i hope they enjoy the card but it does not change the fact that the price is way to high for a gaming card. I don't think a Ti will be along quit as quick this time so the Titan owners may well have the fastest card for a decent amount of time.
