Check event viewer in Windows. Right after a crash, go find the event log under system or power. You should find a gap where the PC was off/crashed. Right after that will be some clues as to the recovery, and if you're really lucky right before the crash will be warnings.

How are your thermals? Is the system overclocked? Is your power supply rated and reliable enough to feed that graphics card?

system reliability most of the time will say
critical events
windows windows was not shut down properly
but will occationally say hardware issue
Description
A problem with your hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly.

thermals are ok.. nothing really gets above 50 Celsius

this is my power supply https://www.overclockers.co.uk/search?sSearch=Zalman+700TX+700W+80+Plus+230V+EU+Power+Supply

im absolutely baffled.. bios are up to date

so... turns out my graphics card is a thirsty bitch.. 700w pse is NOT enough lol.. ive underclocked the gpu and this has solved the issue.... thanks for the replys though
Without seeing any tests I can say pretty safely that's no 700W PSU.
Zalman has never been any quality PSU brand with at best average PSUs.
And that's no doubt garbage level PSU with all that 230V only design.

Here's review of same factory's supposedly better model with proper active-PFC functionality:
https://www.hardwareinsights.com/zalman-zm600-lx-power-supply-review/7/
Even if electric performance weren't bad also that construction quality isn't much above garbage with some clear major issues in soldering quality.
That kind soldering issues can actually make things burn from overheating.

Wouldn't do anything stressfull until getting proper quality PSU.

Bitfenix Formula/Seasonic Core Gold would be my starting level recommendation
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/bitfenix-formula-series-650w-80-plus-gold-power-supply-ca-22z-bx.html
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/seasonic-core-gold-gc-650-650w-80-gold-power-supply-ca-070-ss.html

For modular cables Bitfenix Whisper M/SuperFlower Leadex III are cheapest.

Sesonic Focus Gold based Phanteks AMP is best priced from good 10 year warranty models.

(Corsair RM has second/third tier capacitors giving it minus point)

Quality 650W PSU is enough for Vega, but if you go say overclocking things further 750W PSU is good sizing.
