PC Games Intel performance testing fake.

Didn't followed closely the "joke" today. Since took 7 1/2 hours to get from Bristol to home tonight. M4, M5, M42, A42, M1, M18 all absolutely at crawl speeds. (30mph average for the whole trip)

But what I saw briefly is a soldered CPU that needs deliding, lapping and liquid metal to perform better!!!!! For p sake. £600 ($520) CPU!!!

Pretty much, the info from Der8auer is that the Die is close to 4x the height with about 0.5mm of Solder before contact with the Heatspreader. Apparently removing the solder and lapping 0.4mm off the CPU should get it closer to comparison with the 8xxx CPU's. Honestly not sure what the hell Intel's been smoking.

Honestly looking at the benches @ 1400p and above I just don't see why anyone would buy Intel at these prices, especially considering the extra cooling required as well.
