i want medieval II Total war GOLD (ie inlucding kingdoms) - game are cheapest at 8.99

Yea they send you a cd key that activates through steam. (They did when i brought something from them anyway)

This. I don't play many strategy games but this one (and all its expansions) is by far the most fun I've had playing an RTS in a long time, and I've never played it online either

I already own them all but I've gifted them to two of my friends

I get the feeling they honestly dont care. It is so easy (i managed it ) that I cant see it being a real block from amazon, especially as they own so much cloud space/capacity
