will a game download from 'GAME' work on Steam? or do they use their own platfrom?

Yea they send you a cd key that activates through steam. (They did when i brought something from them anyway)
When do they give the Midnight Club game? Immediately or after the deadline?
This. I don't play many strategy games but this one (and all its expansions) is by far the most fun I've had playing an RTS in a long time, and I've never played it online either
