Picked up FTL after reading some posts on here about it. What a simple but fun way to pass an hour on the laptop while the other half is watching masterchef or some other dross on tv.
 
quick question about GMG winter code WINTR-SRVEY-42012, is it possible to keep using if you have purchased a game with it before ?
 
Should be able to, all their public codes have been multi use ones and it isn't a personal code, it is a global one.

Just login, add something new to the cart and see if it comes off the total. My only gripe with GMG is you can't purchase more than one copy of the same game.
 
Took 10 seconds to get a free copy of Metro 2033 nice, i will get another copy later when i buy the Humble Bundle!
 

The deal was/is genuine....my wife managed to acquire :-

  • Uncharted 3 - 98p
  • Ghost Recon - Future Solider - 98p
  • Fallout New Vegas - 98p
All PS3...she didn't see anything for the 360 or PC...apparently now the Doncaster has sold its allocation of games.

All brand new and shrink wrapped, handy as I wanted Uncharted 3 :)

Your more mileage may vary in your local stores.
 
I work at Morrisons and can confirm 98p deal is real i even get a 10% discount on top of that lol. my friend bought a limited sky lander set with toy figures in for the 360 and sold it for £36 on ebay. lucky b***h. Its happened about 3 or 4 times since i have been there. they usually put the stock out on a Monday but depends who is in and what stock is in the specific store. I've never really took any notice because I'm a PC gamer

I can also confirm this deal is very real but you probably wont see any on the shelves, members of staff got em before they even went out on sale.

Notable mentions go to Modern Warfare 2 with NV goggles @ 98p, Skylanders sets, Skyrim, xbox live subscriptions etc... Practically all our stock went down.

It'll probably all be on ebay by now. ;)
