Haha, didn't even get an email to say the transaction was cancelled. Not only did this bunch of shysters mess up in the first place, they don't have the balls to do what they say they're going to do. After ordering, the message we got was
"Order Status: Processing. Your order has been received and queued for processing. You will receive an email within 1 business day, at which time you will be charged and your products delivered."
Now i'm not sure of the legal implications of this, but i'd say they have to honour the sale based on their very words above. And here are the screenshots I took at the time as evidence:
