You either need to use Firefox, or, better use the D2D downloader (which can pause and resume, especially if you are on a slow connection).

You can also use Gamespy Comrade, which is what I use for D2D downloads.
 
I just bought dow2 retribution (collectors edition) and red factor Armageddon (command and recon edition, from the jersey store. When I searched on the store I couldn't fund the deals at that price for some reason, so try going to savvygamer and clicking on the links.

Not even for that reason, it is an abortion of a website at the moment. Barely functional, customer services don't respond to your emails or webnotes and their phone lines are jammed. They are more expensive than the other big websites at the moment as well.
 
They've been like that for years though. I stopped buying from them when I noticed that stuff went into a status of 'shipping' as soon as you ordered it, which meant it couldn't be cancelled.

Even though the 'shipping' stage could last two weeks :rolleyes:
