Ah bugger it, I gave them $10. Good selection of games, I wonder how they would know if you gave some codes to friends instead of keeping all the game codes.
What's Origin like?
I've heard absolute horror stories about the nightmare it is, and even stories going as far as it trying to convert your previously bought EA games into the Origin system, which they can then pull the plug on whenever get feel like it.
Any truth to that or is it just similar to Steam?
Steam can take away your games any time they like too. Just buy it already!

So does anyone know if there's anything in the T&C that says I can not give away the codes that I have no use for.
Some games I now have 3 copies of, or I don't wish to have copies on my children's accounts.
Which games can be used with Steam and can they be registered on there without having to use Origin at all? I haven't bought EA games from Steam because I needed to install Origin as well.
Actually this seems this has killed Origin entirely, can't actually do ANYTHING that requires it to load.
Makes me think they never expected it to be that popular if it dies this easily.
Taken from the T&C: "The Service is only for sales of products or product rights (collectively, "Products") to end user customers for their personal, non-commercial use."
Taken from the Steam/Origin keys page: "All keys are for your personal use only."
Steam isnt activating either![]()
I already have bf3 so was going to give it away but guessing that's going to get me a ban?
