Ah bugger it, I gave them $10. Good selection of games, I wonder how they would know if you gave some codes to friends instead of keeping all the game codes.

What's Origin like?

I've heard absolute horror stories about the nightmare it is, and even stories going as far as it trying to convert your previously bought EA games into the Origin system, which they can then pull the plug on whenever get feel like it.

Any truth to that or is it just similar to Steam?

Steam can take away your games any time they like too. Just buy it already!

So does anyone know if there's anything in the T&C that says I can not give away the codes that I have no use for.
Some games I now have 3 copies of, or I don't wish to have copies on my children's accounts.

Pity this has basically killed Origins redeem code function.

Wait did I just say pity in regards to something about Origin breaking?

**** YOU EA, YOU WON'T WIN!

Anywho, went in for $10, anything less felt a bit cheeky.

That isn't what I said - I said about converting older EA games not using Origin into Origin loaded games - a completely different thing.

Which games can be used with Steam and can they be registered on there without having to use Origin at all? I haven't bought EA games from Steam because I needed to install Origin as well.

Actually this seems this has killed Origin entirely, can't actually do ANYTHING that requires it to load.

Makes me think they never expected it to be that popular if it dies this easily.

Taken from the T&C: "The Service is only for sales of products or product rights (collectively, "Products") to end user customers for their personal, non-commercial use."

Taken from the Steam/Origin keys page: "All keys are for your personal use only."

Dead Space
Mirror's Edge
Burnout Paradise
Crysis 2
Medal Of Honor

amazing deal. just over £3 for all those! I have most but i have always wanted sims 3, mirrors edge and medal of honour. Awesome!

Deal of the year so far I bought purely to get some archive keys to use on Steam. $5 for everything is just  wonder why Steam or MS never ever do something like this

I already have bf3 so was going to give it away but guessing that's going to get me a ban?

It won't get you a ban (unless you mean here, no idea about that) but too many people doing it may result in Humble Bundle stopping their deals. They have already started bundling Steam keys together to try stop people doing it.
I'm surprised this bundle have been given individual keys really.
