Whenever I've wanted to get stuff from Amazon US I've just got an American guy I know on Steam to buy it for me then I pay him via Paypal and he emails me the codes... Of course this relies on you knowing a suitable and trustworthy person, but I feel it's probably better than using a fake US address
I liked it - not as good as the full story we got with Season 1 but it was more of the same sort of action just only little snippets of story, which is exactly what they presented it as...

No risk of account suspension. you are buying a legit Steam Key from a US store.

Same here, I've bought and activated games for the last couple of years with out any problems. Many people do it, and Amazon are aware they do, but turn a blind eye to it.
If you don't like the risk, paypal me and I'll give you the key, if you want to trust me
(think it's about 2 or 3% fee on my card).
I have something like 40 games in my Amazon 'library' where you have your games and any keys/download links provided. All bought via a Delaware hotel address under false pretences of being an African prince. Haven't heard a peep out of Amazon or any of their affiliates, nor my bank. Pretty sure that they see your $$$ and do not question what you do.

Think it just means 2 of the 4 addresses you can have stored. Just add the item to the cart on Amazon.com, then click change billing address bottom right and it should show up if it isn't already there.
Your Account, scroll to "Settings" and find "Address Book" then click "Add New Address". Fill in the details, click OK. It needs to be a valid USA address.
Then I can go back to the US Amazon and I'll be able to buy them?
Does anybody know if all 3 of the Bioshock games can be redeemed through Steam?

I can confirm this, I've got all 3 Bioshocks on my Steam account atm. So shouldn't see why they wouldn't be able to be redeemed through Steam

That works, although I find it easier to just change my billing address as I described in my post above. You can do that from Amazon.com's cart after logging in. But yes, that would work too.

You have to be careful with assumptions like this. In this case yes it is correct however just because you have them on Steam doesn't mean they are Steam redeemable keys that Amazon are selling. There are plenty of games that you can only purchase through Steam and all other redeemable keys from digital and retail purchases use another system.
I enjoyed it. Small stories that I feel with have an impact later on in the main story-line.
