I see it at £8.22 in the forest. (GOTY edition, physical disc I think) or £7.98 @ play (std edition)

Can play it in english, I had 10mins on last night, redeemed on an alt account as needed to be redeemed on a russian ip address.

Looking for digital/retail/C.E? - CE is pretty cheap on gamestop - as is the standard retail, not sure about the digital version but a mate said he found a cheap place to buy it from so I could check with him and post back
