Best I can find is around the £8.20 mark.....is there any where cheaper ?

Either way you'll need Uplay, I have this game on Steam but it just launches Uplay...

I'm on the third mission and it's not bad but it's not great. I won a copy so I'm not complaining

it'll be around £7 in a month, Square Enix did the same with Tomb Raider and Sleeping Dogs and they had better reviews iirc
