Took the plunge and got it. Hopefully I should be able to make some nice little cities in it. Hopefully it'll do what the latest SimCity did but better.
I assumed it needed to be correct for billing address with my card.. Will try that

How are people doing this tomb raider thing on windows 10 store? What exactly do I do? All I see is the xbox one version..

I did this:
Change your PC's region to Ukraine
Go to the windows 10 store on your app list and search for Rise of the Tomb Raider
Buy it with your credit card (you'll have to sign in with your microsoft account, or make a new one) and invent an address with a postcode matching the format Jono just posted
Stop or cancel the download and change your region back to UK
Not sure if you have to do the last step, but I did and it worked with the download almost finished at this moment.
Start downloading again

Oh, so xbox achievements etc? That's fine by me, as LONG as I'm getting the PC release that everyone else has on Steam.

Does the game download by default to the main drive? Didn't really want it going on my SSD ideally.

Yeah, I couldn't find an option to download to a drive other than C.
Would've preferred it elsewhere too.

Any idea if Windows 10 stores your saves on the cloud? Not too far into it, but would prefer to keep my progress but switch the game to my other drive.

Hmmm I got my Windows 10 updated and I can now buy via Ukraine....but it seems dodgy putting in a fake address and your card number....don't want account or card to be blocked.....hmmmm
for the sake of saving a few quid - it's not worth it.
The game comes bundled with GPU's so there will be plenty of cheap keys about sooner or later.

Used my CC on my normal MS store account.
I doubt (considering the amount of people doing it, and how easy it is to do) that they will do anything but we will see i guess.
On reflection I should have just made a bogus store account too but oh well.
