Remedy said that though it’s looking to renew the license and eventually start selling the game again, there’s currently “no timeframe” for it happening.
I didn't even think to check GOG.Not sure which sounds better though.

Alan Wake is going to be removed from the Steam store after this weekend, so if you haven't played it then you need to purchase it this weekend.

Bought alan wake @ £2.99 and Stellaris, not bought the dlc for stellaris as utopia changes the game a lot so I'll pick that up in future

Just picked up the franchise edition for £2.99 from Steam.
Includes Alan Wake, Alan Wake's American Nightmare and Alan Wake Collector's Edition Extras.
