Has anyone come across any sort of games central hub?
Something that allows you to see all the games you have across different services?
I'd love one central list of my games on Steam, Uplay, Origin, Twitch etc.

Ahh right. Thought you had used it ! I did find some posts on reddit though and seems to been around for over a year with an active developer. Latest update thread there is 7 months ago, first one a bit more then a year ago. Might give it a go.
Edit. Last update to the Playnite was 7 days ago actually, but still on version 4. (4.63 to be exact) So the developer sure is working hard on it.
