*** PC Gaming - Daily Deals Thread ***

I tried out Streets of Rage 2 and it ran fine. As an FYI, the games are literally an emulator and a ROM. Not sure if they did a Nintendo and just grabbed the ROMs from the web to resell them or not though.
Thanks, I went for it in the end and they all seem to work fine. I remember trying it a while back with a game I got free and it didn't have the fancy launcher they have added.

The non fancy launcher that isn't 1.3GBs is still in the folder if you'd rather just launch that

Do you know if this comes as one key that activates base game and DLC or two separate keys. I already have the base game but can't seem to get the DLC's cheap enough.

Has Tupro said just one key it is the complete game with all the down load content if you already have the game on steam it will up date with just the new DLC only.. Worth it for the £8.00 if you wait maybe possible to pick it up around year end holiday's for £5.00

It will be 1 key, but its still probably cheaper than buying the DLCs on it own

Thanks, will probably buy it at the current price.

Prey base game + Mooncrash on GMG with 10% weekend code for £5.64 + 2 free reward games. If you buy the base game first you will get a 15% discount code for the next purchase to buy moon crash separately.

I've suddenly decided I really want a Steam Controller. I wish I'd bought one a few years ago when they were practically trying to give them away!

Do they go on offer much?

I have bought one of eBay for £15. Second hand. Ended up being used on my media pc by my girlfriend . Simple couldn't get used to controls and got myself Xbox one controller + Bluetooth dongle since my fractal design case was blocking the signal (from motherboards Bluetooth) quite a bit

New xbox one ones have bluetooth built in, so that would be my suggestion as well, especially if your board has bluetooth on it (otherwise you need the dongle).

Thanks, I do use an Xbox one controller atm. Reason I want a Steam one is the trackpads. I am having to play exclusively on a TV on a sofa atm and have heard the team controller can be configured well for Isometric RPGs that don't have native controller support

GMG has the ultimate edition down to £35.71 and are currently running a weekend 10% code that brings it down to £32.14, plus you get another free game due to the gold rewards.

Not sure if its been mentioned but uplay are bringing a new subscription service out similar to what origin did
anyway its starts on sept 3rd and you get a 1 month free trial, the reason i mention it is because one of the games available will be assassins creed odyssey along with all the DLC

so if your not bothered about actually owning the game and think you will have it finished in a month then it might be worth waiting
