Dont know if this has been covered before, but I find them really annoying as they are so Mac fan boy and false!

eg One advert claimed that when you pulled out a power plug out of a PC laptop made it crash but the Mac was fine! Another was that the PC was made for work and the Mac for the home so it was more fun!!

All adds seem to be targeting PCs made in the early 90s trying to run Vista on 128mb of RAM to a moden Mac!

Yeah I love how it always goes on about Mac being so much more fun

Yet it only has a handful of games that work on it :p Always seems to avoid the games area for some reason ;)

Saying that a lot of what they say is true, just extremely exaggerated, which I spose they would do as its an advertising campaign

the meaning of that advert is slightly different from how you've interpreted it
it's to do with how easily the new mac magnetic power socket works (i.e. it pulls out really easily (which it doesnt neccessarily)) the implication being that if you pull the power cable of a laptop it will pull it off the desk or whatever because it wont come out easily enough

I don't like Macs personally but I think the ads are funny :p

"Can you wheel me over to the window so I can see the pigeons?"

"What window? What pigeons?!" :D

Please read in to it a bit more :) It's saying that the MacBook's have power cords that are held in with magnets, so they just pop out if pulled. So if you trip over the cable the laptop won't be pulled off the table.

Oh noes I must buy a mac now!

MacinTOSH tbh

Anyone seen these being shown at the Cinema now btw?

I saw 2 in the 25 minutes of ads before 300 the other week.

The Novell advert is great, BUT i don't think it's very representative of the average Linux user :p
