Looks wise nothng comes close to a MacBook Pro. Top spec 17" MacBook Pro 2.33 C2Duo, 2Gb Ram, 256/ATI gfx and 160/5400 HD is the business and the business end of £1900, without looking too hard I expect that you could pick up something similar for less money. It wouldn't look as good though, especially when matched with stonewashed jeans and a black turtle neck jumper (£100 from Gap/Next btw)Zefan said:I'd be dual booting, wouldn't want to just use windows.

Actually I haven't seen a windows based laptop of the same specs as a Macbook Pro for less money, any particular makes?
