Yeah I listened and did not hear Vatican. All sounds credible from professional people. But as with everything, will see were it goes.

He also mentioned the holo theory which was just part of work ups that scientists have done - again referencing phds to rip it apart

He isn't there sworn under oath because he's a joe bloggs nutjob ufo conspiracy theory nut

He's there because he has legit credentials within the government agencies he's worked at, likewise with Fravor being a retired Commander in the Navy and they're doing things the slow way through congress because it's probably the only way it gets legitimised with the scrutiny of congress, vs just leaking information nobody would believe (yourself a perfect example)
 
I want to believe.... :)

But, I am sceptical because if he really wanted to blow the lid on this he could have whilst he was working at the US Intelligent Office and leaked something, this is all just conjecture without any hard evidence and just him alone. Why don't other former agents come forward too?

He is going through official Whistle blower channels. Things don't go so well for people who don't.

There's no better way than to do it the way they're doing it, a leak pales in comparison to a full investigation, even if they just manage to prove that the money is being falsely allocated to programs, that would be huge
