Pentagon releases UFO footage

If anyone is interested The Debrief website are doing articles over the next 4 days running up to the UAPTF report. They look at declassified incidents that have striking parallels to the Nimitz and recent Navy UAP events.

The first part looks at the USS Gyatt in 1964 where a mystery delta wing aircraft was tracked multiple times on radar then easily outperformed the Navy's F-8 jets when they attempted to intercept it.

Look what happened in 1964.

Do you see now?

All I see is you didn't bother to read the article, they look at US tech explanations and Russian.

Fact-checking ADC, I reached out to radar systems expert, black budget aerospace veteran, and author T.D Barnes. Barnes had been part of the CIA recruited team of virtuosos who developed the YF-12, A-12, and later SR-71.

Backing up the previous assertion, Barnes told me in November 1964, neither the YF-12 nor A-12 would have been zooming around and taunting fellow naval forces in the Caribbean. In remarkable detail, Barnes recounted to me the A-12’s first flight outside of Area-51.

In a flight codenamed SCOTCH MIST, the A-12 flew from Area-51 to McCoy Air Force Base near Orlando, Florida, on August 4, 1965. Nine months after the USS Gyatt’s mysterious “stranger.” Before this, Barnes said, “the A-12 had flown only out of Area 51 with an altitude of 4,462 feet [and] I’m not aware of any other delta-wing aircraft at the time.”

The other roughly triangular or “delta-shaped” aircraft capable of high-altitude speeds exceeding Mach 2.2, the air-launched Lockheed D-21 drone and SR-71, didn’t take their first flights until December 22, 1964, three days after Quintanilla’s conclusion. The D-21 piggybacking on the SR-71, again all shrouded from prying eyes inside Area-51.

anything delta shaped probably isn't a UFO imo and jet engines were around looong before 1965.

if this guy wrote a book about it then I'd trust his claims even less about height, speed etc

probably a vulcan or hanglider

Rubio, whose perch on the Intelligence Committee puts him in a selective group of eight lawmakers privy to the nation's most sensitive intelligence, said he has “no reason to believe” that the report will give credence to theories about extraterrestrials. Instead, he said, the report will detail “advanced technologies that we don’t possess [that] are in our restricted airspace almost on a nightly basis now.”

Quite an admission.

I find this term "no evidence" of ETs very interesting. I wonder what exact kind of evidence they would want. Even if they shoot one of these craft down and it looks like something they've never seen they'd probably still believe if was secret Russian tech, even if the Russians denied it.

At some point you just have to say - it's not ours, Russia says it's not theirs, as do China and everyone else. It COULD be ET.

But no, everyone's just lying. Maybe it will end up in a war. The human race is utterly farcical.

Definitely some admission.

“advanced technologies that we don’t possess [that] are in our restricted airspace almost on a nightly basis now.” Now we need to work out who it belongs to and how it works. Could this be the drip drip of disclosure.

So who owns that tech ? Surely that's more worrying than aliens, that a nation on this planet has this tech and is violating supposedly the most powerful nation on this planets airspace on a nightly basis

They have no evidence it's a nation on this planet. Or another one. They literally have no information what they are or where they're from.

They do not move in a way that any known human craft do. We have to start thinking outside the box.

they live in the ocean, everyone knows it.

probably were here before humans but like the sea better, for those sweet water cooled cpus and gpus

If it was proven without a shadow of doubt that we were being visited by NTIs, do you think people would stop people fighting eachother on this planet? I wonder what societal changes it would provoke.

More interesting stuff coming out, from someone with very good credentials.

It is "reasonable" to conclude that the U.S. government thinks some unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) are not human-made, a Harvard astrophysicist has said.

This week, the U.S. government is expected to release a highly anticipated report into the existence of UAPs—essentially UFOs.

Avi Loeb, Frank B. Baird Jr. Professor of Science at Harvard's Department of Astronomy, believes the existence of UAPs would not have been revealed to the public if their origins were from China or Russia and posed a national security risk, he wrote in an op-ed for Scientific American magazine.

Loeb added: "Hence, it is reasonable to conclude that the U.S. government believes that some of these objects are not human in origin."

The astrophysicist said this suggests two scenarios: That UAPs are natural phenomena; or that they are "extraterrestrial in origin."

Can't remember where it was mentioned, but some government (I think it was a government) said they had "craft not of this world" or something to that effect. That still gives me shivers.

Well if I can't remember where I found it I can't do much can I.

A link from the Express doesn't make it much better :p

That said, it's looking increasingly the case that those individuals that support the concept that these might be ETs are the more experienced in their field.

e.g. look at Avi Loeb's credentials according to Wikipedia:

Now, the layman can either say that the guy is 'a nutjob' for his participation in SETI, or say it's more likely that, given his credentials and wide experience over several decades, that he sees a serious correlation worth investigating between known technologies, astrophysics, astrology and the possibility for ET life.
