People who don't move over when you indicate to move out on a Motorway

People who don't move over when the lane beside them is clear and you are indicating to change lanes or join the Motorway.

Can we have them all killed or something?
 
I'll sign the petition if you start it. Most annoying thing. The worst I've experienced is joining the A1 in Herts coming from St Albans. It's a 50MPH specs route in a roadworks section and because old biddies and women (!) are focusing on their speed they refuse to move over, so you either have to brake, floor it or run out of slip road. I just hold my horn on and move over. They get the message.
 
Also people who trundle down the slip at 40 and only proceed to accelerate up to 60-70 once actually on the motorway, irrespective of the speed of the traffic already on the motorway....
 
Damn people who keep overtaking me when I'm in the middle lane doing the speed limit!!!!

I get to a t-junction on a busyish 50mph road every morning, the A127. When there's a nice big gap, RUINED by someone pottering along in the left lane when they have hundreds of yards of room to their right drives me mental.

JUST MOVE OVER AND LET ME OUT I'D DO IT FOR YOU
 
I find a lot of people are quite good at it these days, giving space/timing for an exiting vehicle.

All depends on where how busy etc. There will always be slow or stupid people on the roads though, I rag round them. :o ;)
 
Another one I hate is getting behind cars side by side doing less than the speed limit and neither one accelerates to complete the pass. Not sure how common that is over there, but happens all the time over here, inconsiderate idiots.

On Tuesday green goes the light on the roundabout, so 20 cars come hurtling down the slip road (I'm about mid pack). Get to the motorway and there's two lorries in lane 1..... with an empty middle lane beside them. Do they move over? No they ****ing don't :mad: :rolleyes:.

About 5 of the cars changed-down and booted it up the hard-shoulder ahead of the trucks whilst the other 15 cars stomp on the brakes and wait for the lorries to go by.
 
Yes, a thousand times yes. I've done a fair bit of driving in the last couple of days and people not looking past their bloody steering wheel has made me incredibly annoyed. It's not hard to think ahead.
 
Can I also add people who pull out dangerously close infront of you and then proceed to drive slower than the speed limit once on the road.
 
I would like to add people who try and join the motorway at 10 mph or when it's busy and I leave a gap for someone to go, they spend ages hesitating then finally go when it's almost too late. Death to them please.
 
My favourite trick is people bombing up behind me when I'm in the outside lane, so close I can't read their numberplate or see the badge on their radiator grille. Performing a nice slow, steady lane change manoeuvre after completing my overtake, and watching their faces as they automatically bury the throttle, then have to back off suddenly as I'm not quite out of the way yet is a small yet satisfying victory :D
